This weekend at The Property Investor Show at the Excel in London we received a 20-year-old bottle of champagne to celebrate 20 years of us exhibiting at the Excel for the show! We are the oldest client of the show organisers having been doing shows with them 25 years right back to when they were held at Olympia!
At the show we met some great people and many familiar faces of our current clients! The show was a great turnout and David Sandeman enjoyed being able to speak on stage, and to so many people in person.

Too often, buyers treat them as an indication of a property’s value, when in reality they are designed to signal something entirely different, the likely reserve. In an increasingly competitive and dynamic auction market, understanding this distinction is critical to making informed decisions and avoiding costly assumptions.
